As a qualified clinical supervisor, I have experience working with groups and individuals. I offer supervision to trainee counsellors, as well as experienced, qualified supervisees. My core approach is psychodynamic, although I have also worked with integratively-trained supervisees. I am a supervisor as part of the training team on a BACP-accredited diploma in psychodynamic counselling, as well as supervising groups in a counselling charity. I am BACP registered and adhere to the Ethical Framework.
Supervision is not only about client work; it is important that you have the opportunity to develop as a practitioner. I encourage a relational approach and developmental space in supervision where you are able to think about and explore how we work together. If this is something you are able to do for yourself, it might support you in creating a similar approach with your clients.
In-Person & Remote Supervision
I have supported supervisees through their counsellor training, working with the current BACP ethical framework and the supervisees individual course assessment criteria.
Whether you prefer the comfort of your own space or the in-person experience, I provide flexibility in our meeting arrangements. Our sessions can be conducted online via Zoom or in person at my practice location in Chiddingfold, Surrey.
The importance of professional counselling supervision cannot be overstated, and I am here to discuss how I can best support you in this area. The fee for each 1 hour individual supervision session is £60. Group fee sessions are to be agreed upon as these depend on the group size.
Please get in touch with me to discuss how I can support you.
